Our site is operated by A & K Air Conditioning Ltd (“We”).  A & K Air Conditioning Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 03380234 and have our registered office at Unit 19 Merlin Park, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 7RD, email address mail@akaircon.com, Telephone number 01638 716151. Our registered office is also our main trading address.  We are a limited company.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Wayne Benton of A & K Air Conditioning Ltd.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.  Your complaint will then be investigated by us.  If the complaint is upheld you will receive a full apology and, if appropriate, be given any details of any action that we are taking to put things right.  If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for a further review.

Please remember to include nature of your complaint and what you would like to see at the outcome.  We will aim to resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt. However, if the complaint requires more in-depth investigation and takes longer than the 30 days, we will keep you advised of progress.

We are committed to dealing with all complaints equitably, comprehensively, and in a timely manner.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). • If you do require us to delete them at any time, they will be deleted within 30 days from our systems or for as long as the legal recommended requirement.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

You also agree:

• Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:

• any equipment or network on which our site is stored;
• any software used in the provision of our site; or

Suspension and termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site.  When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
